ROBERT W S 65 of DeMotte passed away on March 10, 2009 at his home, with his loving family by his side. Born on December 12, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Lewis & Henrietta(S) S. Robert was a self-employed carpenter by trade. Robert married Gladys I S. Robert was a member of the Immanuel United Reformed Church in DeMotte, he enjoyed Bowling, Coin Collecting, and spending time with his family, He was a former 40 year member of the Lynwood United Reformed Church. Robert is survived by his Loving Wife Gladys S of DeMotte. Sons; Bruce(Andrea) S of Virginia, Jeremy(Tabatha) J of Joliet: Daughters; Lori(Glenn) W of Michigan City, In, Susan D of Lynwood, IL, Sarah(Joe) M of Crown Point, In, Crystal(Rob) S of Steager, IL, Susie S of DeMotte, Becca S of DeMotte, Denise S of DeMotte, Johna S of DeMotte: Sisters; Shirley K of South Holland, IL, Louise(Robert) O of Geneva, IL. Robert had 11 loving grandchildren, and 1 loving great grandchild. Funeral Services will be held on Friday March 13, 2009 at 11 A.M. in the Frazier Funeral Home 621 S. Halleck St. DeMotte, In 46310, With Rev. Thomas W officiating. Burial will take place on Monday March 16, 2009 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Joliet, Illinois. Friends may call on Thursday March 12, 2009 from 2pm-8pm at the Frazier Funeral Home in DeMotte. In Lieu of Flowers Memorials may be made to the family. Robert will be missed by all who knew and loved him. May God grant him rest.
